Inside Sales Representative

What You’ll Do

• Source & develop new rental business, and strengthen existing partnerships
• Build and grow relationships with national, regional, and local equipment-rental companies
• Drive monthly rental revenue by maximizing the utilization of our aerial lift fleet (high-reach booms, heavy-capacity telehandlers, and specialty equipment)
• Educate customers on equipment applications and the hiring company re-rental process/partnership
• Maintain accurate sales activity in Pipedrive CRM
• Collaborate daily with Rental Coordinators, Fleet Service professionals and the Sales team to deliver exceptional service

What You Must Bring

• B2B Sales experience, ideally with equipment
• A relentless prospecting discipline - daily outreach targets, consistent follow-up
• A curiosity that drives better conversations - asking thoughtful, open-ended questions
• Confident, clear communication skills — persuasive, and customer-focused
• Resilience –the ability to stay positive & motivated
• Relationship-building instincts -warmth & authenticity, remembering details about prospects
• A healthy sense of urgency
