Location
Fort Worth, TX | Hybrid (1 day WFH) after 90 days
Compensation & Schedule
• $30–$35 per hour
• Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. CST
• Long Term Temporary Assignment
• Anticipated start date: August 31, 2026
Role Impact
Support portfolio performance by helping customers resolve primarily early-stage delinquent Car/Van accounts (1–30 days past due). This role manages inbound and outbound collections calls, develops approved payment solutions, and works to cure delinquency and prevent accounts from progressing to later-stage collections. Success requires a compliant, customer-focused approach and consistent execution against cure rates, roll rates, productivity, call quality, and adherence goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Collect delinquent payments and secure payment commitments through inbound and outbound calls and written communications while following regulatory and compliance requirements.
• Work with customers experiencing financial difficulty to establish approved payment arrangements, resolve delinquent accounts, and provide timely follow-up.
• Research accounts using authorized resources, including customer records, references on file, demographic information, and approved internet resources, to obtain current contact information and locate customers and collateral.
• Follow established collections strategies, compliance controls, and operating procedures; identify and escalate potential risks or process gaps.
• Collaborate with teams in Mexico and the United States and provide recommendations to improve processes and training materials.
Minimum Qualifications
• 1+ years of auto collections or auto finance experience REQUIRED.
• Bilingual English/Spanish fluency, including professional reading, writing, and speaking skills.
• Strong customer service, analytical, problem-solving, and PC/computer skills.
