Looking for a career where you can stay active, work outdoors, and have most Fridays off? Our client is hiring 3 Landscape Maintenance Crew Members to join their growing team!


What You'll Do

Mow, weed eat & edge

Blow leaves & debris

Spread mulch

General landscape maintenance

Work as part of a professional crew

Schedule


Monday-Thursday: 7:00 AM-6:00 PM

30-minute unpaid lunch

Fridays only if needed due to weather


Pay & Benefits

$18-$20/hr DOE

Performance raise after 30 days

Health insurance (50/50 employer paid)

Paid major holidays

Week off between Christmas & New Year's

Performance bonuses

Promotion opportunities

Company shirts, hats, hoodies & jackets provided (after one-time uniform purchase)

What We're Looking For

Positive attitude & dependable attendance

Valid NC Driver's License with a clean driving record

Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

English or Spanish welcome (Bilingual is a plus!)

Closed-toe shoes required
