Laboratory / Research Technician

Duration: 4 months contract with possible extension

Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Lab Technician to join our Research & Development team. You will support the formulation, testing, and development of innovative shampoo and hair care products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Compound batches: Prepare prototype shampoo formulas following specific laboratory batch records.
• Test parameters: Measure pH, viscosity, density, and solid content of experimental batches.
• Maintain inventory: Track raw materials, chemicals, and laboratory supplies to ensure zero downtime.
• Calibrate equipment: Operate and maintain mixers, viscometers, pH meters, and laboratory scales.
• Document results: Record precise experimental data, stability observations, and test results in lab notebooks.
• Evaluate stability: Monitor product samples under various temperature and light conditions over time.
• Clean workspace: Maintain a safe, sanitary, and organized laboratory environment according to safety protocols.
