Retail Sales Associate

We’re looking for a friendly, service-minded Retail Sales Associate to join the team at America’s Mattress. In this role, you’ll provide top-notch customer service, help shoppers find the right products, and keep the store clean, organized, and fully stocked. You’ll play a big part in creating a great shopping experience and boosting sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer friendly, helpful service
• Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions
• Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
• Restock shelves and organize inventory
• Answer customer questions about products, pricing, and promotions
• Handle returns and exchanges according to store policies
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals
• Support opening and closing store procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
