We are seeking an energetic and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our operations in Royal Palm Beach and/or Boyton Beach, Florida. This role is vital in creating a welcoming, safe, and sanitary environment where guests and team members feel valued and motivated to excel. Strong kitchen skills is a must. The General Manager will drive sales growth, profitability, and foster a quality guest and employee experience while offering excellent growth opportunities, benefits, and a 401K plan.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide the restaurant management team and team members
• Promote and maintain operating standards and processes
• Ensure a safe, clean, and sanitary restaurant environment
• Support a strong guest and employee experience
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and overall restaurant performance
• Oversee staff training and development
• Manage inventory and operational compliance
• Engage employees and monitor performance effectively

• 2+ years in restaurant management
