Inside Sales Representative

Coastal HVAC Supply is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team!

Primary job duties focus:

• Sell products and parts to customers by taking their purchase orders, clarifying what they are asking for, and suggesting alternatives when necessary.
• Answer phones
• Quote customers
• Take customers orders by phone and walk-in
• Enter orders in operating system
• Pull orders
• Process transfers to fill customer orders if needed
• Invoice orders
• Receive payments for cash sales and payments for charge accounts
• Receive inventory
• Count inventory
• Stock shelves/pegs
• Cycle counts
• Process customer returns when items are new and unused and are stockable
• Process warranties
• Maintain a neat and tidy workspace

Wage & Advancement:

• $16-$21 per hour depending on qualifications
• The normal hours for this position include 10 hours of overtime per week.
• Potential future advancement opportunities

Skills/Qualifications:

• 25 years of age or older with Texas Driver's License and clean driving record
• Degree is a plus, but not required
• Air conditioning experience is a plus, but not required
• Inside sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Bi-lingual is a plus, but not required
