Conduct Inspections:
Perform preparatory, initial, and follow-up inspections as per the Three-Phase Quality Control System, identifying and documenting deficiencies and non-conformances.

Manage Documentation:
Maintain comprehensive records of all quality control activities, including daily reports, inspection results, submittals, and test results.

Submittal Management:
Review and track project submittals, ensuring they meet contract requirements and are submitted to the government in a timely manner.
