We’re now seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our Orlando-based team. This role requires deep family law expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to serve discerning clientele with professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and file pleadings, motions, discovery, financial disclosures, and settlement agreements with exceptional accuracy.
  • Manage all aspects of case organization, from maintaining detailed client files to tracking court deadlines and filings.
  • Conduct legal research and summarize findings related to family law statutes, financial documentation, and case strategy.
  • Analyze and summarize complex financial records, including business valuations, tax returns, and executive compensation packages.
  • Assist with trial preparation, including witness coordination, exhibit lists, and trial binders.
  • Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, court staff, and expert witnesses with professionalism and discretion.
  • Support attorneys during mediations, hearings, and trials as needed.
  • Anticipate case needs and proactively assist attorneys in moving matters forward efficiently.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality when handling sensitive and private information.


Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience as a paralegal in family law, preferably in high-asset or complex financial cases.
  • Bachelor’s degree or ABA-approved Paralegal Certificate required.
  • Mastery of Florida family law procedures, filing systems, and court rules.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft precise and professional legal documents.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential matters with diplomacy and professionalism.
  • Poise and confidence when interacting with high-net-worth and executive clientele.
