• Experienced candidate requirements:
• Experience at residential and commercial painting, interior and exterior
• Knowledge of prep work, patching, sanding, caulking, brushing, rolling, spraying and power washing, etc.
• Reliable transportation, however work van will be provided after a probationary period
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Professional attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Organized and punctual
• Ability to communicate with homeowners, co-workers, etc.
• Comfortable on ladders and scaffolding
