Executive Assistant/Accounts Receivable
Job Description
Customer Management Systems is an Automotive Training Center located in Sanford, FL. We train sales reps every week nationwide. CMS is currently seeking a candidate to perform Executive Assistant/Accounts Receivable duties. You will be responsible for Executive Assistant duties including receiving all money for the company and entering all payments into our financial software.
Responsibilities:
- Receiving and entering all payments into Quick Books
- Send invoices to all customers and make collection calls to past due accounts
- Download customer information from dealerships CRM
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
- Assist Receptionist with Incoming Calls
- Executive Assistant to the Owner
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
- Fundamental knowledge of accounting software. (preferably Quick Books)
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Scheduled Hours are Monday through Friday (8:45 AM/6:00 PM)
