Sales / Finance Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager / Finance Manager to join our growing team. In this dual-role position, you will lead our sales operations and manage customer financing processes for a wide range of powersports, power equipment, and pre-owned vehicles. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, structuring finance deals, building strong customer relationships, and managing inventory to support overall business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Guide customers through the vehicle and equipment purchasing process from greeting to final delivery.
• Structure and present retail financing options, aftermarket products, and service contracts to qualified buyers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and lenders to secure competitive loan approvals.
• Manage sales inventory, display arrangements, and trade-in valuations.
• Maintain accurate sales records, finance documentation, and customer records in compliance with industry regulations.
• Collaborate with ownership to develop effective sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and local marketing initiatives.
• Knowledge of Facebook Marketing, Instagram, and other social media marketing tools.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in automotive, powersports, or equipment sales management and finance management.
• Strong knowledge of consumer financing, loan structuring, credit analysis, and deal closing techniques.
• Familiarity with powersports, lawn care equipment, or pre-owned vehicle brands and markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential customer information.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or business degrees are a plus.
