Job Title: Non-Clinical - Finance/Accounting - Business Analyst
Location (On-site, Remote, or Hybrid?): Mission Viejo, CA
Contract Duration: 26 weeks
Work Hours: Day shift 8 to 4:30 pm
Description:
Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree - Preferred fields: Marketing, Business Administration, or Healthcare.
Required Experience: 2 Years - Professional work experience which includes data analysis

Job Overview:
This position reports directly to the Executive Director of Cardiovascular Services, Nurse Manager of the Cancer Clinical Institute respectively. Responsible for the operational management of each Service line ensuring each service line is in compliance to regulatory requirements, policies and procedures. Strategically formulates solutions and best practices that impacts the service lines including recommendations for increased efficiencies and increased client/physician satisfaction. The Compliance Analyst will coordinate and facilitate quality and data analysis for volume and commercial growth to the service line they report to. This position will work intimately with the Director of all members of the leadership teams of the institute they report to.
Job Responsibilities/Summary:
- Maximizes case volume from all units or departments of the institute they report to
- Compliance, Quality and Data Management:
- Research, collect, evaluate, and compile relevant data/information
- Maintain accuracy of data.
- Submit data in a timely manner in appropriate format and according to requirements
- Apply logical reasoning on strategic and operations issues
- Collaborate with internal resources to identify benchmarking data
- Create and manage data systems to support and monitor operation effectiveness and outcomes.
- Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive, confidential, and competitive information.
- System Development and Management:
- Identify opportunities for each service line's development and improvement.
- Design, implement, monitor, and evaluate systems in collaboration with appropriate individuals and/or departments.
- Manage assigned systems.
- Management Reports:
- Write comprehensive and concise reports, memos, letters, and other job-related documents.
- Prepare detailed analyses, spreadsheets, charts, graphs and overheads.
- Project Management:
- Establish project priorities and schedules.
- Collaborate with relevant others to achieve and optimize project outcomes.
- Assume independent responsibility for assigned projects and carry out details thoroughly.
- Communicate project status and issues to appropriate stakeholders.
