General Labor

Location: Shakopee, MN

Pay rate: $20/hr
Schedule:

• Monday–Saturday
• 10:00am–7:00pm (flexible start time—may shift to 8:00am or 9:00am)

Job Summary

We are hiring dependable General Labor Associates to support daily warehouse and facility operations. This position involves consistent physical work, material handling, and assisting with various tasks throughout the shift. Ideal for candidates comfortable with a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Duties

• Unload incoming trucks and handle materials safely
• Stage products for processing or loading
• Load trailers and assist with outbound shipments
• Dispose of trash and maintain a clean work area
• Perform manual labor tasks, including repeated lifting of up to 60 lbs
• Support general warehouse operations as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to work Monday–Saturday as scheduled
• Comfortable lifting up to 60 lbs consistently
• Able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for the full shift
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
