Medical Billing Supervisor

Total Compensation: $75k–$90k

A Day in This Role Includes:

• Overseeing billing staff performance, coaching, and one-on-one development
• Reviewing aging A/R reports and payor collection trends
• Managing payor fee schedules, CPT/ICD-10-CM coding compliance, and contract updates
• Partnering with physicians on complex claims and reimbursement questions
• Assisting with hiring, training, and scheduling coverage for the billing team
• Supporting HIPAA and OSHA compliance efforts across the department

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of billing management experience in a physician group practice
• Background in orthopedic, pain management, or podiatry billing preferred
• Familiarity with commercial payors
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
