Yard Operations Specialist

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and organized Yard Operations Specialist to ensure smooth

rental operations and handling of supplies while delivering superior customer service to

our customers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys hands-on

work and takes pride in keeping equipment and sales operations running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate check-in/check-out of rental equipment with accurate documentation.

• Inspect, clean, and organize equipment for upcoming rentals.

• Assist with loading/unloading equipment and supplies safely.

• Ensure the yard is organized, safe, and operating efficiently.

• Provide excellent customer service at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; current student, recent graduate or those with

technical/trade training are encouraged to apply.

• Experience in equipment rental, warehousing, or yard operations preferred.

• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment safely.

• Proficient with basic computer programs.

• Dependable, self-motivated, and team oriented.
