- Travel up to 60% to project sites and support overtime during busy seasons
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in millwright work, grain-bin service, agricultural construction, structural steel, industrial maintenance, or equipment installation
- Grain bin, grain dryer, conveyor, auger, elevator, or material-handling experience is strongly preferred
- Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues in the field
- Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed installation instructions
- Welding, cutting, fabrication, rigging, or structural steel experience is a plus
- Valid CDL preferred, or willingness and ability to obtain
- Comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions
- Comfortable working at heights and performing physically demanding work
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work safely around heavy equipment

- Willingness to travel up to 60% and work overtime when project needs require it
What We Offer
- $26-$30/hr, depending on experience
- Full-time, permanent employment
