Position Overview:
Team Members are responsible for providing quality products to Firehouse Subs company standards and exceptional Heartfelt Guest Service, while working closely with the restaurant leadership and other Team Members to carry out operations standards and procedures. This position operates under the direction of the Restaurant General Manager, Assistant Manager, and Shift Leaders. The position has direct interactions with Guests and members of the field operations team.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food items in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately to process customer transactions.
- Assist customers with their orders, providing knowledgeable recommendations when needed.
- Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or retail is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safe food handling practices is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail math skills are advantageous.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with customers.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00-$16.50+ (including hourly tips)
