Healthcare Outside Sales Representative

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will leverage your existing network and expertise in provider-facing sales to enroll new licensees across the healthcare spectrum. You will target primary care physicians, chiropractors, podiatrists, optometrists, dentists, pharmacists, audiologists, and med spas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provider Acquisition: Perform field drop-ins, leverage existing medical/healthcare relationships, and conduct outbound sales activities to sign new licensees across DFW.
• Onboarding & Activation: Work directly with newly signed licensees to ensure they launch their initial patient email blast campaign.
• Territory Management: Act as the face of Diabetes Reversal Group in your assigned DFW territory, driving local market expansion.
• Pipeline Management: Consistently pipeline prospective healthcare providers, present marketing collaterals/slide decks, and close new business independently.

Compensation & Commission Structure

This is a 100% commission position with no base salary cap or income ceiling. Earn immediate upfront paydays paired with lifetime account residuals:

1. Enrollment Bonus: $495 paid immediately upon licensee sign-up.
2. Activation Bonus: $2,000 paid 30 days after the first promotional blast sent by licensee.
3. Lifetime Residuals: $350 for every patient sale generated by your licensees, ongoing for the life of the account.

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience: 5+ years of successful outside sales experience (Medical Device or Pharmaceutical sales strongly preferred).
• Location: Must be based locally in the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex
• Drive: Self-motivated closer who thrives on cold drop-ins, field sales, and building a long-term equity book of business.
