Construction Assistant

Cornerstone Construction Services is a small, family-owned construction company looking to add a dependable Construction Assistant / General Laborer to our team.

We’re looking for someone who is hardworking, reliable, willing to learn, and comfortable working in a hands-on construction environment. Responsibilities will vary day-to-day and may include assisting our carpenters and trades, jobsite cleanup and organization, material handling, demolition, basic construction tasks, and general jobsite support.

What we’re looking for:

Reliable and able to show up on time

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Willingness to learn and take direction

Comfortable with physical, hands-on work

Construction experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
