Seasonal Food Service

Job Title: Food Services
Start Date: September, 2026

We are seeking Food Services Workers to join our team and assist in various kitchen and cafeteria operations. This role supports food preparation, service, and cleanup.

Responsibilities

• Prepare entrées, salads, and bread products following standard recipes.
• Operate food service machinery and equipment safely.
• Portion food according to standardized procedures.
• Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen, cafeteria, and related work areas.
• Wash dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Use software to record meal counts.
• Serve meals to students and adults.
• Maintain an accurate inventory of supplies and food items.
• Travel to different sites as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to travel between work sites.
• Flexibility to transfer to different locations as needed.
• Must have a completed application on file.
• Speak and understand English.
• Ability to take direction and constructive feedback.
• Pass background and drug screening.
• Complete orientation.

Uniform Requirements

• Pants/Skirt: Full-length solid black dress pants t.
• Shoes: Solid black, low-heeled leather/pleather duty shoes with skid-resistant soles; kept clean and polished.
• Shirt: White polo shirt with collar and half or three-quarter-length sleeves.
• Apron: Butcher-block style, solid white or black; clean and pressed (fold top down during meal service).
• Hair Net: Food service hair net required.
