Job Description
Night Cook / Account Manager
Culinary Creations Catering & Events
Culinary Creations is looking for a dependable Night Cook / Account Manager to handle one of our evening food-service accounts.
This is a hands-on position. You’ll do some light food prep and cooking, load everything up, drive to the client location, stock and maintain their food kiosk during employee breaks, and then return to our kitchen for cleanup.
Schedule
Approximately 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
These are full shifts. There are no short nights. Even when service ends early, you are responsible for breakdown, returning to our kitchen, and completing cleanup.
What You'll Do
- Minor food prep and cooking
- Finish and heat prepared food for service
- Make sure all food is properly cooked and holding at the correct temperatures
- Load food, equipment, and supplies
- Drive to the client facility
- Set up and stock the food kiosk
- Serve and assist employees during break periods
- Keep the kiosk stocked, clean, and organized throughout service
- Monitor food quality and temperatures
- Break down and clean the kiosk after service
- Return equipment and supplies to our kitchen
- Complete end-of-night kitchen cleanup
- Communicate any issues, shortages, or client needs to management
What We're Looking For
This position requires someone we can count on every night. Our client operates on a set schedule, so being late or calling off creates an immediate problem.
You should be:
- Reliable and dependable
-
On time, every time
- Comfortable working independently
- Organized and able to manage an account without constant supervision
- Comfortable cooking and serving food
- Able to follow food-safety and temperature procedures
- Professional when interacting with our client and their employees
- Comfortable driving to and from the client location
- Willing to clean and complete the entire shift—not just cook and serve
- Able to lift and transport food, pans, and supplies
Food-service or cooking experience is preferred, but reliability, work ethic, and attitude are just as important to us.
This is a great position for someone who prefers evening hours, likes working independently, and wants responsibility beyond a traditional line-cook or server position.
If you are dependable, can work approximately 4 PM–midnight, and are looking for a consistent evening position, we'd like to hear from you.
