Indoor Sales Representative - Power Tools & Accessories

We're looking for an energetic, outgoing Indoor Sales Representative to join the Straub Tool Shop team in Fort Myers.

If you can tell the difference between a drill and an impact driver without Googling it, you're already off to a good start.

We're all about Milwaukee Tools, great customer service, and helping people get the right tool for the job — whether they're buying something new or dropping off a tool that decided to take an unexpected vacation to the repair department.

What You'll Be Doing

• ️ Sell Milwaukee Tools, batteries, accessories, and equipment
• Welcome customers and help them find the right tool for the job
• Talk with contractors, tradespeople, businesses, and DIY customers
• Handle sales questions by phone and in person
• Create quotes, process orders, and follow up on sales opportunities
• Accept tools brought in for repair and get the repair process started
• Create repair orders and enter customer/tool information accurately
• Build relationships with customers — the goal is to see them again, but preferably not because their new tool already broke
• Keep the showroom organized and ready for customers
• Stay up to date on new Milwaukee products, accessories, and promotions

We're not looking for someone who knows the answer to every tool question before breakfast.

We're looking for someone with the right attitude, energy, and willingness to learn.

You should be:

• &A1; Energetic, motivated, and ready to get things done
• ️ Interested in tools, construction, automotive, equipment, or anything that makes noise when you pull the trigger
• ️ Comfortable talking to customers and making them feel welcome
• Good at figuring out what a customer actually needs — not just what they walked in asking for
• Comfortable using computers, email, and basic software
• Organized and detail-oriented, especially with repair orders
• Reliable, professional, and a good team player
• Fluent in English

Milwaukee Tool knowledge or previous experience in tool sales, service, or repair? Even better.

Our experienced technicians can diagnose and repair tools with quality workmanship and genuine parts whenever available.
