Septic Pump Truck Driver

A valid, non-restricted CDL is REQUIRED for this position

Experience is a plus but not a requirement

Pay is negotiable

Responsibilities

• Operate pump trucks to service, pump and clean residential septic systems
• Perform routine inspections of septic tanks and related components
• Identify blockages or needed repairs to customers and supervisors
• Safely transport and dispose of waste in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Maintain accurate service records, and documentation for each job
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and routine maintenance on pump trucks
• Promptly report any accidents, injuries or mechanical faults to management
• Provide professional & courteous customer service on every job site
• Comply with all safety rules & regulations

Requirements

• Dependable & punctual with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to perform physical labor, including digging, lifting, bending and standing for extended periods
• Willingness to work around wastewater and unpleasant odors
• Valid CDL - Non restricted
• Tanker Endorsement (Not required upon applying, but will need to be obtained if hired)
