Restaurant Manager

Full-time, temp-to-hire Restaurant Manager needed in Vero Beach. Lead daily restaurant, bar, and beverage operations while building a strong team, delivering excellent guest service, and managing staffing, inventory, and costs. Flexible availability required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team.
• Oversee restaurant, bar, and beverage operations.
• Manage schedules, labor, inventory, and operating costs.
• Ensure excellent guest service and resolve concerns.
• Maintain food safety, health, and alcohol-service standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of restaurant management experience preferred.
• Strong restaurant, bar, and food & beverage knowledge.
• Leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with scheduling, inventory, labor costs, and POS systems.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.
