Long-term, on-going contract role with potential for hire
Location: Scottsdale, AZ (hybrid schedule- M/F are remote, Tue to Thurs are onsite in Scottsdale)
Hourly rate: $30 to $38 per hour
Title: HR Service Representative
Role Summary
Supports customer service, administrative support, and operational activities for Human Resources and Learning and Development Operations. This role handles incoming inquiries, directs non-routine or complex questions to the appropriate HR specialists, supports accurate documentation, and contributes to operational execution across learning programs, systems, reporting, scheduling, logistics, vendor coordination, and process improvement efforts.
Key Responsibilities
· Respond to crew inquiries related to training programs, learning platforms, completion requirements, and operational processes in real time or within expected service levels.
· Assess the complexity of requests, answer directly when appropriate, and escalate non-routine or complex questions to the appropriate HR, Learning, or business partners.
· Support intake requests, case queues, service requests, enrollment activity, scheduling, logistics, communications, and vendor coordination.
· Enter and maintain accurate documentation in systems of record so new hire, existing crew, and learning-related transactions can be processed accurately.
· Leverage internal systems, intranet resources, reporting tools, and collaboration platforms to respond to inquiries and educate crew on self-service options.
· Support data accuracy, process controls, documentation standards, and applicable corporate data administration and data security expectations.
· Contribute to process improvement, automation opportunities, and special projects within Learning and Development Operations.
Required Skills & Experience
· At least one year of related work experience or equivalent combination of training and experience.
· Strong customer service orientation with the ability to support crew, business partners, and stakeholders professionally.
· Experience supporting administrative, operational, service delivery, or HR-related processes.
· Ability to manage multiple priorities, follow defined controls, document work accurately, and escalate issues using sound judgment.
· Data literacy and comfort working with reports, trackers, and operational metrics.
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools, including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Skills & Experience
· Experience with Workday, Workday Learning, ATS platforms, case management systems, learning management systems, or other HR technology platforms.
· Experience with reporting tools, Power BI, SharePoint, ServiceNow, or similar operational platforms.
· Exposure to project coordination, program support, training administration, or vendor management.
· Ability to learn and leverage new technologies quickly in a technology-enabled service environment.
