Child Watch Lead – Part-Time (15–20 Hours per Week)
Burn Boot Camp | Eden Prairie, MN

Burn Boot Camp Eden Prairie is hiring a dependable, energetic Child Watch Lead to create a safe, fun and welcoming environment for our members’ children while leading and supporting our Child Watch team.

Schedule Requirements

• Must be available to work a minimum of four shifts per week
• Must have a combination of midday and evening availability
• Must participate in a rotating Saturday schedule
• Approximately 15–20 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Actively engage with children and ensure their safety
• Manage the Child Watch schedule and coordinate shift coverage
• Train, onboard and support Child Watch employees
• Create age-appropriate activities and curriculum for the Child Watch room
• Maintain a clean, organized and welcoming space
• Assist with Kids Camps and community events
• Communicate professionally with parents, children and team members

• Enjoys working with children of different ages
• Is dependable, organized and able to take initiative
• Has strong communication and leadership skills
• Can work independently and effectively manage a team
• Brings positive energy and contributes to a supportive team culture
• Childcare, teaching, coaching or leadership experience is preferred
