- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 1-hour unpaid lunch break
- No overtime anticipated

Position Overview:
The Administrative Assistant I will provide administrative support for daily business operations, with a strong focus on data accuracy and organization. This role supports sales operations through data entry, invoicing, order processing, and export documentation management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
- Process and manage invoicing activities
- Push orders through the warehouse fulfillment process
- Prepare and manage corresponding export documentation
- Maintain organized files and documentation
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all administrative tasks

1-3 Years of Experience: Provides a variety of administrative and staff support services to an organizational unit. Performs a variety of clerical duties, which may include data entry, maintaining orders, preparing documents and paperwork for the warehouse, and other pertinent responsibilities. Other duties as assigned. Professional Skills. Ability to read and comprehend instructions and correspondence. Able to write correspondence. Must have strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions. Deal with problems involving several discrete variables in standardized situations. Proficient in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook). Knowledge of tables, formatting, formulas, etc. Excellent word-processing skills (50 - 60 wpm) and business writing ability, plus accurate and precise proofreading skills. Strong organization, analytical, attention to detail and follow-up skills. Must be able to work on multiple tasks concurrently and capable of working with little direct supervision. Will communicate with all levels. Strong sense of urgency and work ethic.
