Industrial Manufacturing Helper – 1st or 2nd Shift - Jersey Village Area

TruBlu HR Solutions is seeking Industrial Manufacturing Helpers for immediate temp-to-hire opportunities in Northwest Houston, TX 77064. Eight openings are available. Employees will be assigned to either the rack-up or kettle production area based on shift, experience, and operational needs.

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Available Shifts:

• 1st shift: Monday–Saturday, 5:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
• 2nd shift: Monday–Saturday, 5:00 p.m.–5:00 a.m.
• Occasional Sundays may be required.
• Candidates must be willing to work approximately 60–70 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Twist and cut wire used during production.
• Secure chains and assist with rigging steel structures.
• Assist with materials in the shop and outdoor yard.
• Work around high-temperature kettle operations and molten metal.
• Move, position, and prepare materials for production.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
• Lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Assist in other production areas as needed.

Requirements:

• Industrial, manufacturing, construction, warehouse, or general labor experience is preferred.
• Rigging, chain, wire, or steel-handling experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in heat and changing weather conditions.
• Must be comfortable working around extremely high temperatures and molten metal.
• Must be able to work 12-hour shifts, six days per week, with occasional Sundays.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have reliable attendance and dependable transportation.
• Steel-toed boots are required.
• Must follow strict safety procedures.

This is a physically demanding, high-overtime position with immediate interview availability. Training is available for qualified applicants who are dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in an industrial environment.
