Roofing Foreman

We are seeking a dependable Roofing Foreman to lead our crews on residential roofing projects. This role is focused on supervising the team, maintaining high-quality work, and ensuring jobs are completed safely and on time. The foreman is responsible for keeping the crew productive, following the scope of work, and making sure each project runs smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise roofing crew on job sites
• Ensure all work is completed safely and meets company standards
• Oversee full roof installations and repairs (shingles, EPDM, etc.)
• Make sure proper installation of ice & water barrier, underlayment, flashing, and ventilation
• Keep jobs on schedule and ensure productivity throughout the day
• Communicate with the office on job progress and any issues
• Train and guide crew members to maintain quality and efficiency
• Perform final walkthrough to ensure job is completed correctly
• Maintain a clean and organized job site
• Take progress and completion photos (CompanyCam / JobNimbus)

Requirements:

• 3+ years of roofing/Construction experience (foreman or crew leader preferred)
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems (especially shingles)
• Leadership skills – ability to manage a crew and keep them on track
• Valid driver’s license
• Comfortable working at heights and in different weather conditions
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in quality work
• Must be a morning person – projects typically start between 7:00 AM – 7:30 AM

Monday – Friday (some Saturdays if needed)
