Appliance Repair Technician

We are looking for a dependable and skilled Appliance Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining residential appliances and takes pride in providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, ranges, dishwashers, and other major appliances.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and electronic problems.
• Perform appliance inspections and determine the cause of equipment failures.
• Replace defective parts and complete repairs efficiently and safely.
• Communicate repair needs, recommendations, and costs clearly to customers.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Keep tools, equipment, and service vehicles organized and properly maintained.
• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines.
• Provide professional and courteous customer service at every appointment.

Qualifications

• Previous appliance repair experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to use hand tools, meters, and diagnostic equipment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to lift and move appliances safely.
• EPA certification is a plus, but not required for all positions.
