NJ Area CSR's Needed ASAP!!!!

Paid Training

Hourly rate: $18.00/hour Monolingual - English

$19.00/hour Bilingual - English/Spanish

Must have recent experience working in a call center.

Must have High School diploma or GED. Associate degree preferred but not required.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responds to telephone inquiries using standard scripts and procedures.
  • Defines or resolves inquiries received either through written or telephone correspondence.
  • Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries and logs customer calls.
  • Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.
  • Performs customer needs analysis and informs customers of services and resources available to them.
  • All other duties as assigned

COMPUTER/WORKSPACE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Desktop or laptop meeting required technical specifications
  • Windows-compatible equipment
  • Functional webcam
  • Compatible wired headset with microphone
  • Ethernet capability for a wired internet connection
  • Second monitor – REQUIRED
  • Smartphone capable of downloading and running the Microsoft Authenticator app
  • Private, secluded workspace free from background noise and distractions

Internet Requirements:

  • Traditional wired home internet service
  • Internet must be wired from the service provider to the home
  • You must be able to connect your work computer directly via Ethernet
  • Cellular/mobile-based internet providers, Wi-Fi-only connections, hotspots, and similar services are not permitted

1. Internet Speed Test

Run an internet speed test at speed.cloudflare.com using the computer and internet connection you intend to use for work. Send a screenshot of the complete results.

2. Processor/Computer Specifications

Press the Windows key, type "processor" in the search bar, and take a screenshot showing your computer's processor and system specifications.

3. Smartphone Type

Confirm whether you have an Apple or Android smartphone. Your phone will be used for login security through Microsoft Authenticator.

4. Headset Photo

Provide a clear photo of the headset you intend to use, including the connection type.

5. Second Monitor

Confirm that you currently have a second monitor available for your work setup.

6. Storage Capacity – How to Find Your Available Storage

Please check your computer's available storage and provide a screenshot showing the results.

For Windows 10 or Windows 11:

Click the Windows/Start button at the bottom of your screen.

Click Settings.

Select System.

Click Storage.

Look for Local Disk (C:) or your main computer drive.

Take a screenshot showing the total storage and available/free storage.

Attach the screenshot to your email along with the other required equipment information.

Quick Alternative:

Open File Explorer → click This PC → under Devices and drives, you will see your Local Disk (C:) and the amount of free space available.

Please make sure the screenshot clearly shows the amount of free/available storage on your computer.
