Scheduler / Data Management Specialist
Location: Atlanta, GA 30339
Onsite Monday through Thursday/remote on Friday
$34.00 – 36.00/hr W2Position OverviewThe Scheduler / Data Management Specialist will support active construction projects by reviewing project criteria, analyzing job data, and determining appropriate scheduling priorities. This is a highly data-intensive role focused on remotely evaluating jobs, identifying opportunities to right-size completion plans, and helping determine when work should be pulled forward or completed earlier based on project needs.
The ideal candidate will have strong data management experience and the ability to evaluate detailed project information through analytics. Construction experience is helpful but not required; success in this role depends primarily on the ability to review, interpret, and organize data to support scheduling decisions.Key Responsibilities
  • Review active construction project data and evaluate job criteria to determine scheduling needs and priorities.
  • Analyze project information remotely to identify whether work should be accelerated, pulled forward, or completed earlier based on established criteria.
  • Use data and analytics to assess project scope, readiness, and appropriate scheduling placement.
  • Partner with internal teams to support scheduling decisions for active construction work.
  • Maintain accurate and organized data records to support project tracking and workflow management.
  • Use scheduling and project management tools, including Quickbase and P2M, to review and manage job information.
  • Identify data trends, inconsistencies, or gaps that may affect scheduling decisions.
  • Support a data-driven approach to construction project planning and execution.
Required Qualifications
  • Strong data management experience, including the ability to review, interpret, organize, and act on large volumes of data.
  • Demonstrated ability to use analytics to inform business or operational decisions.
  • High attention to detail and ability to identify relevant criteria within complex job or project information.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote-analysis capacity while supporting an onsite team environment.
  • Comfort working with project management or data-tracking systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior scheduling experience.
  • Experience in procurement, scheduling, data management, or a related operational role.
  • Construction industry background or familiarity with construction project workflows.
  • Experience using Quickbase, P2M, or similar project tracking tools.
