Inventory Coordinator (Materials)

Position Summary
Responsible for expediting materials and services to ensure on-time delivery for projects and O&M operations. Manage supplier commitments, track shipments, identify delivery risks, and drive recovery actions to minimize schedule impacts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage supplier expediting, delivery commitments, and shipment plans.
• Track materials from production through final delivery.
• Identify delays and coordinate recovery actions, including pull-ins and split shipments.
• Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, brokers, warehouses, and internal teams.
• Resolve issues related to quality holds, partial shipments, customs, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate PO/ERP status and provide OTD and past-due reports.
• Support project outages/turnarounds and continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or related field; or Associate degree with 3 years of relevant experience.
• 4+ years of experience in expediting, materials, supply chain, or logistics may be considered.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems, Excel/BI, BOL, ASN, and INCOTERMS.
• Strong communication, follow-up, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
