Bay Custom Auto is hiring a Collision Repair Estimator for a busy shop in Newport News. Experienced candidates preferred but we would train the right person that has experience in a body shop, auto service center, or customer service. Some of the job duties would include but are not limited to:
- Writing Estimates
- Selling & closing estimates
- Addressing customer concerns
- Damage Analysis
- Clerical work
- Quality Control
