Location: 337 N. US Highway 1, Suite 327, Fort Pierce, FL 34950
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite / In Person Only
Schedule: Monday–Friday, business hours
Contract: September 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027

Position Overview
The Client is seeking a highly organized and dependable Office Clerk to provide administrative and clerical support in its Fort Pierce office. The ideal candidate will have professional office experience, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to emails and voicemail throughout the business day.
- Prepare and send the daily Muster report to the designated contact.
- Process administrative fine documentation and FedEx shipments.
- Maintain weekly and biweekly office logs and records.
- Maintain monthly travel records and update travel logs.
- Update Workforce system information, including director and email changes.
- Use the AHCA Clearinghouse to look up BGS information and assist Specialists and Supervisors.
- Prepare and submit the HHS Summary Report by the first day of each month.
- Prepare Law Enforcement inquiry reports related to family and daycare information.
- Answer, screen, and transfer incoming telephone calls appropriately.
- Maintain documents, files, and tracking logs on the shared drive.
- Assist with complaint intake and ensure information is properly documented.
- Prepare interview packets and coordinate meeting rooms.
- Maintain provider training certificates and registration lists.
- Record and distribute meeting minutes as assigned by the Supervisor.
- Prepare reports, correspondence, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents.
- Prioritize assignments and complete work within established deadlines.
- Perform general office duties and other administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to speak and understand English and communicate effectively.
- Minimum 2 years of professional business office experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
- Minimum 1 year of travel management experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience preparing reports and correspondence.
- Minimum 1 year of experience scheduling meeting rooms and preparing meeting minutes.
- Minimum 6 months of experience answering and transferring telephone calls.
- Minimum 6 months of experience working with FedEx.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to review information for accuracy and completeness.
- Ability to follow instructions and established procedures.
Highly Desired Experience
- Experience working with Workforce systems.
- Experience working with the AHCA Clearinghouse.

Work Environment
This is an onsite position in Fort Pierce, Florida. The selected candidate must be available to work in person at the Office of Licensing. Professional business attire is required.
Compensation
Contract Duration: September 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027
