Day Porters Needed (Tampa & Clearwater)

We are currently seeking 3 Day Porters to join our team (one for Tampa & another for Clearwater)! You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
• Perform routine preventive maintenance
• Maintain supply inventory
• Communicate with tenants
• Restock janitorial supplies
• Vacuum/dust/mop as needed throughout the day with requests

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in maintenance a plus
• Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Detail-oriented

The Available Shifts are:

• Tampa M-F 8 am to 2 pm 6h
• Clearwater M-F 6 am to 10 pm 4h
• Clearwater M-F 9 am to 3 pm 6h
