Shift Leader

The Shift Leader plays a critical role in overseeing daily foodservice operations within a small team environment. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, this position primarily covers morning shifts and involves supervising a team of 3-5 people to ensure quality food preparation, sanitation standards, and excellent customer service. The Shift Leader fosters teamwork, manages inventory, and resolves customer concerns to maintain a smooth and efficient operation with opportunities for advancement into higher supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate food preparation and assembly according to standards
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment
• Provide friendly, efficient customer service and promptly resolve complaints
• Take and process customer orders accurately
• Oversee inventory management and stock levels
• Train and support team members to maintain productivity and quality
• Ensure quality control in food handling and service
• Manage shift schedules and workflow for a small team (3-5 people)

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in foodservice
