HVAC Technician/Installer

The HVAC Technician/Installer plays a crucial role in ensuring residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems are installed, maintained, and repaired to meet customer needs with the highest standards of safety and quality. This position requires technical skill, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to honest customer service. The ideal candidate is personable, reliable, and ready to work both independently and collaboratively within a team structure that includes Team Leads, Team Members, and individual contributors.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
• Operate company vehicles safely to and from job sites
• Interact professionally and honestly with customers to offer tailored solutions
• Troubleshoot system issues and perform necessary repairs
• Collaborate effectively with team members and leaders on projects
• Document work accurately and promptly

Required Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in residential HVAC installation
• Valid driver’s license with good driving history
• EPA Section 608 Refrigerant Certification (Universal EPA 608 Certification)
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in residential HVAC service
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
