Mechanical Assembler

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Mechanical Assembler to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for assembling mechanical components and equipment using hand tools, power tools, blueprints, and work instructions. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with tools, has good attention to detail, and enjoys hands-on work.

Machine Assembly, Equipment Installation, Manufacturing, Construction, or other mechanically inclined positions.

Responsibilities:

• Assemble mechanical parts, components, and equipment according to specifications.
• Read and follow blueprints, diagrams, work orders, and assembly instructions.
• Use hand and power tools such as drills, impact wrenches, screwdrivers, sockets, and torque
• wrenches.
• Install bolts, fasteners, brackets, fittings, bearings, and other mechanical components.
• Measure and inspect parts to ensure proper fit and alignment.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and make adjustments during the assembly process.
• Inspect completed assemblies for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
• Work closely with production and quality teams to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications:

• Previous mechanical assembly, manufacturing, automotive, maintenance, or similar hands-on
• experience preferred.
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools.
• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements.
• Blueprint or mechanical drawing experience is a plus.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Dependable attendance and willingness to work as part of a team.
