Licensed Plumbing Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation & Repair: Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in homes including water supply lines, drainage, water heaters, boilers and fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and showers.
• Inspection & Diagnostics: Inspect homes for plumbing issues; diagnose and fix leaks, blockages, and other issues.
• System Testing: Test plumbing systems for leaks and other problems, ensuring proper function.
• Customer Service: Provide clear explanations to homeowners, answer questions, and manage expectations.
• Inventory & Reporting: Maintain plumbing supplies and keep detailed work logs or reports.

Qualifications:

• Valid Colorado Residential or Journeyman plumbing license
• 6+ years of residential plumbing experience
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
