About the Role:

Our Client Managers combine strong organizational and financial management skills with empathy and professionalism to support older adults in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build trusted relationships with clients and their families.
- Manage confidential information with discretion and care.
- Coordinate daily administrative tasks such as bill payments, record-keeping, and scheduling.
- Monitor and manage project-based work to completion.
- Maintain detailed documentation and financial accuracy using tools like Outlook, Excel, and Quicken.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients, families, and professionals.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Background in business, administration, project management, finance, or client services preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal communication and discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); familiarity with Quicken a plus.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Daily visits to clients in Philadelphia and its metropolitan area
- Background Check and three professional references required
