About The Role
Seasonal Onsite Recruiter – Dallas, TX
ClearStaff South, a Partners Personnel company, is hiring a Seasonal Bilingual Onsite Recruiter to support a high-volume distribution center in Dallas.
What You’ll Do:
- Recruit, interview, onboard, and support warehouse associates
- Coordinate daily staffing needs with client supervisors
- Track attendance and assist with employee relations
- Maintain employee documentation and staffing reports
- Support hiring events and recruiting initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- Recruiting, staffing, HR, or warehouse experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and overtime
