Responsibilities

• Lead deck and pergola builds from layout to completion
• Manage and supervise crew members on-site
• Perform hands-on work, including framing, decking, railings, and trim
• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to all safety protocols on-site.
• Read plans, take measurements, and ensure accuracy on all builds
• Enforce strict safety standards and conduct regular site inspections to maintain a safe work environment for all team members.
• Maintain job timelines and ensure projects stay on schedule
• Communicate with homeowners and team to keep projects running smoothly
