Insurance Operations & Reporting Specialist

Wealth Alliance Group (WAG) is seeking a highly organized, analytical, and tech-savvy Insurance Operations & Reporting Specialist to join our in-office Operations team.

This is a reporting-focused role for someone who enjoys working with data, spreadsheets, systems, and problem-solving. You'll track agent licensing and carrier readiness, maintain accurate reporting, identify discrepancies, and help resolve issues across multiple systems.

Insurance experience is a plus, but not required. Strong reporting and spreadsheet skills are essential.

What You'll Do

• Build, maintain, and analyze daily operational reports.
• Track agent licensing, contracting, certifications, appointments, and Ready-to-Sell status.
• Reconcile data across carrier portals, licensing systems, CRM platforms, and internal reports.
• Identify and resolve missing, conflicting, or inaccurate information.
• Use Google Sheets and Excel to manage large datasets, formulas, lookups, trackers, and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot carrier portals, contracting platforms, and licensing systems.
• Assist agents with contracting and carrier requirements.
• Maintain accurate records and operational documentation.

What You Need

• Strong Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience working with reports, formulas, large datasets, and data reconciliation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organization.
• Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred, But Not Required

• Insurance operations, licensing, contracting, or compliance experience.
• Medicare, ACA, or health insurance experience.
• Experience with CRM systems, Monday.com, NIPR, Sircon, or similar platforms.
