This role involves sanding, polishing, cleaning, and ensuring parts meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform production deburring, sanding, and polishing of steel components
- Inspect lightweight steel parts to ensure quality and compliance
- Grain steel surfaces using a belt sander
- Clean parts using an ultrasonic wash tank and air gun
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety and production guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in deburring, polishing, or manufacturing is a plus (not required)
- Ability to operate a belt sander and air tools
- Strong attention to detail
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
- Willingness to learn and work in a production environment
Schedule:
First Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Second Shift - Monday-Thursday. 3pm-1:30am
Compensation:
$20.00 an hour
