Upholstery and Sewing Technician

Job Summary

We’re seeking an experienced Upholstery Technician who takes pride in craftsmanship, precision, and creating high-quality custom seating, panels, and soft goods.

Responsibilities

• Cover, staple, and assemble upholstered pieces for marine interiors
• Commercial sewing machine experience
• Read and follow blueprints and work instructions
• Use hand and pneumatic tools to fit, stretch, and fasten materials
• Ability to stand for duration of shift
• Work independently and collaboratively within a close-knit team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Qualifications

• Experience in marine, automotive, furniture, or commercial sewing preferred
• Strong hand-tool skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable performing physical work including standing for long periods, lifting, bending, and stretching materials
• Reliable, positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain quality standards

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday–Friday
