Case presentation & acceptance (Bilingual Requirement)

%AA; Present comprehensive, phased, & full arch treatment plans in English or Spanish, matched to the patient in front of you.

%AA; Translate the clinical narrative into consequence & benefit the patient understands in one pass.

%AA; Handle the four objections every coordinator meets. Price. Spouse. Timing. Fear. Handle them ethically & ask for the commitment.

%AA; Never oversell. A patient who starts treatment they did not understand becomes a refund, a review, & a board complaint.

Financial engineering

%AA; Break down PPO plans to the code level. Annual maximums, waiting periods, frequency limits, downgrades, missing tooth clauses, & alternate benefit provisions.

%AA; Sequence multi phase treatment across benefit years to move the patient forward without stranding coverage.

%AA; Build written estimates the patient signs & the practice honors. Your variance target is 5 percent.

%AA; Secure third party financing. CareCredit, Sunbit, Cherry, Proceed Finance, LendingClub, or whichever platforms we run.

%AA; Work a declined application to a funded outcome. Co applicants, split funding, staged phasing, in house arrangements inside policy.

Pipeline & recovery

%AA; Own the unscheduled treatment report. Work it every week. Nothing sits.

%AA; Manage inbound consultation leads from digital campaigns & referrals to a booked, confirmed, arrived appointment.

%AA; Run structured follow up on every open case. Documented touches, defined cadence, no ghosting.

%AA; Report on lead source performance so marketing spend goes where cases close.

Clinical fluency

%AA; Speak with confidence on implants, bone grafting, sinus lifts, All on 4 & full arch reconstruction, crown & bridge, endodontics, periodontal therapy, & clear aligner mechanics.

%AA; Know the CDT codes behind what you present & why the carrier pays or denies them.

%AA; Sit in on clinical case reviews. Ask questions before the patient does.

Systems & reporting

%AA; Drive the practice management system as a power user. [Open Dental]

%AA; Deliver a monthly scorecard on your own numbers. You bring the data, not excuses for missing it.

%AA; Document every financial conversation in the chart the same day it happens.

Compliance

%AA; Protect PHI under HIPAA in every conversation, screen, & document you touch.

%AA; Keep every representation about coverage, cost, & outcome accurate. We do not soften a number to close a case.
