What You'll Do as a Mechanical & Design Engineer:
- Create and maintain 3D CAD models and detailed manufacturing drawings
- Design tooling, fixtures, jigs, and equipment modifications to improve operations
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and support repairs, maintenance, and process improvements
- Assist with equipment installation, commissioning, and manufacturing launches
- Develop and maintain engineering documentation, BOMs, and revision-controlled drawings
- Conduct product and process testing and document findings and recommendations
- Collaborate with production teams to improve safety, quality, and operational efficiency
What You Need to Bring to the Mechanical & Design Engineer Role:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Design, Drafting, Engineering Technology, or related field; equivalent experience considered
- Background in manufacturing, mechanical design, equipment engineering, or process engineering
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to pass pre-employment screening requirements, if applicable
