Role description:

This is a full-time, on-site shop tech & driver role based in Glenolden, PA. The individual in this position will handle daily shop duties such as assisting with DPF cleaning, preparing and organizing filters, operating cleaning equipment under guidance, and keeping the work area clean and safe. The role includes loading and unloading filters and parts, performing basic inspections, and supporting routine maintenance tasks in the shop. As a driver, the team member will pick up and deliver filters and related components to local customers using company vehicles, following scheduled routes and adhering to safety and traffic regulations. The role also involves interacting professionally with customers during pickups and deliveries, completing simple paperwork or digital logs, and coordinating with the shop team to ensure timely service and accurate documentation.

Qualifications:

*Ability to perform basic mechanical and shop tasks, including safely using hand tools, handling filters and equipment, and following established cleaning procedures.

*Valid driver’s license with clean driving record, and comfort driving company vehicles for local pickups and deliveries in various weather and traffic conditions

*Strong attention to safety, including adherence to shop safety rules, proper lifting techniques, and awareness of equipment and vehicle safety requirements.

*Organizational and time management skills to follow schedules, manage multiple tasks in the shop, and complete routes on time.

*Clear, professional communication skills to interact with customers and coworkers, and to accurately record pickups, deliveries, and basic service information.

*Reliability and willingness to learn, including the ability to follow instructions, adapt to changing priorities, and work cooperatively in a small team environment.

*Ability to stand, bend, lift, and move filters and equipment throughout the shift: prior experience in automotive, diesel, warehouse, or shop environment is beneficial.

*High school diploma or equivalent preferred: familiarity with DPF systems or diesel equipment is a plus but not required, as training can be provided.
